iPhone SE and iSO 10.0.1 - software error with vibration modes

Now, one issue's found with iPhone SE 64GB Model LL/A, once updated to iSO 10.0.1 version, there's software error and fault with vibration modes; sometimes lead to always of non-vibration modes only (Reset Factory & Erase-set up to new iPhone're already tested).

" Please be fixed or updated to another new version, Apple Inc. "
